Privacy Notice — Data Cleanup Sprint

Last updated: October 11, 2026. This notice covers the Data Cleanup Sprint service operated by LeftSock Labs. It is separate from the Delivery Date Calculator's privacy notice.

What we collect

• Service requests: when you submit the order form, we store your name, email address, file format, your description of the file, and — if you provide it — how you heard about us. We do not ask for the file itself through the form.
• Customer files: files you send us as email attachments for fulfillment. These are the spreadsheets or PDFs we clean for you.
• Payment data: payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. We keep the invoice record (amount, date, status) for accounting.

How your files are handled

• Files are used only to fulfill your order: a free processability inspection, the cleanup itself, and quality checks.
• Files are never used to train models, never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for marketing.
• We decline orders containing government IDs, medical records, financial account numbers, or passwords. If we receive such a file, it is deleted and the order is declined without charge.

Retention and deletion

• Customer files: deleted 30 days after delivery, or immediately on your request — whichever comes first. Declined-order files are deleted as soon as the order is declined.
• Service requests: automatically deleted 90 days after submission.
• Invoice records: kept as required for tax and accounting records.
• To request deletion at any time, reply to any email from us or use the contact on our main site. Deletion is confirmed by email.

Access controls

• Customer files and order records are accessible only to the LeftSock Labs operator. There are no public links to your files.
• Order records are stored in access-controlled cloud storage requiring an operator credential; the order form itself returns no information to anyone about other customers.
• Email attachments travel over your email provider's transport security. If your file is highly sensitive, this service is not the right fit — we will decline it (see above).

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
