Data Cleanup Sprint

• You send: one CSV, Excel, or PDF (digital tables) — up to 5,000 rows, 20 pages, or 25 MB.
• You get back: clean.xlsx (cleaned data + Changelog sheet, plus a Review sheet if near-duplicates need your call) and clean.csv.
• Fixed: exact duplicates removed, possible near-duplicates flagged for your approval (never auto-merged), whitespace, messy headers, mixed date formats → ISO, currency text → numbers, empty rows.
• 48-hour turnaround — once we've inspected your file and confirmed it's processable, the 48-hour clock starts when your payment clears.
• One revision round for formatting included.

How ordering works

1. Request: fill in the form below (no file yet — just describe it).
2. Send the file: we reply by email — send your file as an attachment to that email.
3. Free inspection: we inspect the actual file. If it's processable, we say so. If it isn't — wrong format, too large, scanned images, sensitive records we don't accept — we decline the order, delete the file, and you pay nothing. No charge is ever taken before this check.
4. Pay: we send a $49 PayPal invoice — pay by card or PayPal, no account needed. The 48-hour clock starts when payment clears.
5. Delivery: cleaned files back within 48 hours of payment.

Full refund if we miss the 48-hour window or can't fix a material defect in one revision round. If anything about your file changes the scope, we tell you before invoicing — never after.

What's excluded

• Scanned/image PDFs with no selectable text, handwritten documents, password-protected files.
• Anything over 5,000 rows / 20 pages / 25 MB (ask for a custom quote).
• Design work — data hygiene only, not dashboards or charts.
• Sensitive records: we don't accept government IDs, medical records, financial account numbers, or passwords. Orders containing them are declined and files deleted.

Your data

• Files are used only to fulfill your order — never for training, never shared, never resold.
• Deleted 30 days after delivery, or immediately on your request.
• Order records auto-delete after 90 days.
